This is why Onet Technologies has developed an integration process for new employees involving:
Ø Integration days at our Group's head office, with presentations on all our activities and jobs
Ø Team-building days to create team spirit and cohesion
Ø A tutorial system for certain employees who may need personal support
Training
There are constant technological developments in our industry, and new projects involve the development and improvement of our employees' skills.
In 2009, we carried out X hours of training for all our teams, or an average of Z training hours per person, in fields as varied as: nuclear technology, management, radiological security, logistics, management of radioactive waste, languages, computing, etc.
International
ONET TECHNOLOGIES proposes missions in its subsidiaries.
Either, local collaborators work for us, or, collaboratoirs who are interested in discovering a new experience abroad.
Relocation support
Onet Technologies frequently offers new positions to its employees, together with new horizons and new challenges, providing the opportunity for fulfilling personal development.
If a position change involves geographical relocation, Onet Technologies supports its employees through an organisation that has been structured to facilitate everything involved in moving house in France, or abroad.
