For over 30 years, ONET TECHNOLOGIES has worked together with its customers at every step in the life of their installations: new works, operation and maintenance, environmental management, decommissioning and waste processing, particularly in the nuclear industry. Mastering the quality of our service determines, to a great extent, the confidence our clients have in us.
Analysing the expectations of our clients, shareholders, employees, unions and public bodies makes four clear axes stand out:
SERVICES AXES
Being a service integrator by developing and steering integrated services at the same time being project manager,
When the need arises, we may have to call on subcontractors. In this case, we inform our clients,
In order to guarantee the quality of our services, we undertake their mastery and demand the same level of 'Quality, Security, Environment' management as for ourselves.
SOCIAL AXES
Increasing employee professionalism and improving skills, notably through training,
Developing collaborations with outside partners such as the AGEFIPH to favour the employment of disabled people in our activities and to negotiate agreements,
Watch over the health and safety of people by:
analysing our risks and their impact on health,
reducing individual and collective dosimetry,
reducing work accidents,
using trained and qualified staff.
ORGANISATIONAL AXES
IMS (Integrated Management System)
It is a question of organising and implementing an IMS that takes account of Quality, Security and the Environment. This means developing all progress tools aiming to guarantee and continuously improve our services and management system.
Our approach is based on Quality Management Systems coming from certified companies in ONET TECHNOLOGIES. A natural evolution has taken place from ISO 9001 and CEFRI E and F to the setting up of a 14001 certification as well as keeping up and improving the application of systems of reference for security such as OHSAS, UIC and Client systems of reference such as the Charter of Progress and Sustainable Development. This approach is also based on a commitment to compliance with applicable requirements (statutory or not) on the level of 'Quality, Security, Environment'.
ENVIRONMENTAL AXES
Responding to client and public body expectations by:
communicating on significant environmental aspects in reports of the ONET Group's activities,
analysing the risks linked to the environment and security of installations,
reducing waste at source,
progressing in radiological cleanliness,
improving the management of internal consumption,
favouring the conception of processes that reduce waste (eco-conception),
using recycled paper within the Division,
setting up selective waste disposal,
anticipating pollution.
This is all based on the Integrated Management System at the 'Quality, Security, Environment' level, implemented in ONET TECHNOLOGIES's subsidiaries and adapted according to common systems of reference.
Members of the 'Quality Security Environment' Mission of the Extreme Environment Technology Division, and especially the co-ordinator are responsible for:
playing an advisory role,
ensuring the implementation and follow-through of IMS,
reporting the results of such surveillance directly to me.
The Managing Directors also embody and guarantee the 'Quality, Security, Environment' Mission through their respective companies. They are committed to fighting against alcoholism and drug abuse in the workplace. Their functions also include the responsibility of taking care of the health and safety of their staff and the environment.
I am committed to developing and providing the means necessary means on a sustainable basis for the implementation of this mission.
This policy is communicated to all staff and to any person working on our behalf, and is available to the public or any other interested party.
