présentation groupe Onet

Dominique Mouillot has been Chair of Onet Technologies since 1st January 1996. With a turnover of 136m€ and a staff of 1,700 people, this Division specialises in:

        • the nuclear decommissioning installations,
        • the deconstruction of power reactors and research reactors,
        • the radioactive waste management,
        • the nuclear engineering,
        • the technological maintenance of operational reactors,
        • robotics,
        • the new turn-key installations.

Following preparatory classes in the Lycée Saint-Louis in Paris, Dominique Mouillot went on to graduate as a Chemical Engineer from the Grandes Ecoles in 1975.

Her professional career began as a Research Engineer for the CEA (Atomic Energy Commission), where she undertook numerous works in the field of chemical reprocessing of fuels and development of sealed sources.

She was then to take on the functions of Sales and Marketing, and Product Manager for both French and foreign (American and German) companies, specialised in nuclear measures.

She came to the ONET Group in 1996, and became a Board member in 2006.

Very early on, she was aware of the problems of security, radiation hygiene and subcontracting. She became Chair of the COSPAR in 1998 (Professional Committee of Service Providers in Radioactive Decontamination issues) whose key mission is to optimise feedback from companies working alongside the EDF.

In April 1996 she was nominated chair of WIN France (Women in Nuclear), a member association of the SFEN (Société Française d'Energie Nucléaire). She was also elected to the Executive Committee of WIN Global.

'I hope that these nominations will be above all useful for the dissemination of greater knowledge of what nuclear energy can give to the public, but also hope they will prove useful for our Division, if only by the image they reflect. WIN France has launched a 3-year plan prioritising professional action and youth employment: in any case I shall be working towards that.'

As a woman and Chair of WIN France, she has long been involved in the promotion of nuclear professions with female students. Concerned also by the employability of young graduates, she has set up numerous partnerships with universities, Grandes Ecoles, the French National Executive Unemployment Agency (APEC) and the UPE. With their collaboration, she organises professional forums and advice centres for interviews and recruitment as well as work placements.

She is convinced that skills alone make the difference and for young women starting out she recommends above all to be truly professional:

'Companies today need to diversify their talents. The mixed workplace is a source of enrichment for everyone, both men and women.'

Nominated to the Management Committee of the GIIN (Inter-union Groups of the Nuclear Industry) in January 2007, she hopes to take part, with professional bodies and companies, in the work that will help to give the nuclear professions the influence they deserve, and to empower propositions with the ministerial authorities concerned.

Established as Chair of the Partners Club of the EUROMED Marseilles management school on the 13th February 2007, she is in charge of leading a network of 65 local and national companies. The club's principles are as follows:

  • to federate the partners of the school,
  • to create a business network of corporate executives,
  • to allow exchanges of experience,
  • to develop an Euromed management vision,
  • to adapt the School training to the corporate executives' requirements,
  • to meet specialists and figures of all horizons,
  • to create a pilot platform of the company with the students and teachers,
  • to be creative and innovative.
