In 2009, Onet Technologies recruited 2 people per working day.  Plus 10% of collaborators !

 

In 2010, Onet Technologies plans to recruit around 300 people

 

in all the fields of activity connected to our industry, with all levels of qualifications.

The richness of ONET TECHNOLOGIES resides in the men and women who ensure the company's growth through their daily performances.  

It is also fundamentally important to establish an atmosphere that encourages the loyalty of our life forces. This is why Onet Technologies has been involved in a series of activities for young people and senior employees and for male/female equality for a long time.

This policy is more specifically implemented through:

 

Ø        The signature of various partnership deals with schools and universities, from which we take on trainees and recruit the most able,

 

Ø        The signature in 2009 of a Senior Employee Agreement with the purpose of retaining the knowledge and experience of the senior employees within the company itself, but also allowing the transfer of skills to younger people,

 

Ø        In 2010, the application for the Male/Female Equality Label. In essence, this step involves all the rights of the salaried employees in our company, such as salaries, maternity and paternity leave, etc.

Integration

All the contracts Onet Technologies has drawn up in France and worldwide have involved permanent recruitment efforts that should continue.

This is why Onet Technologies has developed an integration process for new employees involving:

 

Ø        Integration days at our Group's head office, with presentations on all our activities and jobs

Ø        Team-building days to create team spirit and cohesion

Ø        A tutorial system for certain employees who may need personal support

 

Training

There are constant technological developments in our industry, and new projects involve the development and improvement of our employees' skills.  

In 2009, we carried out X hours of training for all our teams, or an average of Z training hours per person, in fields as varied as: nuclear technology, management, radiological security, logistics, management of radioactive waste, languages, computing, etc.

 

International

ONET TECHNOLOGIES proposes missions in its subsidiaries. 

Either, local collaborators work for us, or, collaboratoirs who are interested in discovering a new experience abroad.

 

Relocation support

Onet Technologies frequently offers new positions to its employees, together with new horizons and new challenges, providing the opportunity for fulfilling personal development.
