All Human Resources functions are grouped together within the ONET Technologies Division so as to optimize resources, harmonize dossiers and work in synergy.

Each Human Resources Manager is responsible for at least one company in the Division as regards administrative HR aspects, labour law, recruitment assistance and also has one or several missions cutting across all the companies within the Division.

Of course, each HRM member maintains the required versatility throughout the Division should the need arise.

The HR Project Leader acts in the 4 companies that make up the Division to steer and coordinate the implementation of Human Resources policies, such as Strategic jobs and skills management or HR Information Systems…

The Human Resources General Manager ensures team management and the 'social relations' aspect as well as the recruitment assistance function as well as providing her support in all HR fields.
