General principles for the organisation of Human Resources Management
All Human Resources functions are grouped together within the ONET Technologies Division so as to optimize resources, harmonize dossiers and work in synergy.
Each Human Resources Manager is responsible for at least one company in the Division as regards administrative HR aspects, labour law, recruitment assistance and also has one or several missions cutting across all the companies within the Division.
Of course, each HRM member maintains the required versatility throughout the Division should the need arise.
